Group Yoga Bookings

Once you have created an account and booked your first group yoga class, kindly download the Momence app to manage your bookings effectively. If you are unwell or displaying symptoms of contagion, please stay home and look after yourself.

Group Class Availability

Every effort is made to ensure continuity of Group Yoga Classes as a service to the community throughout the year, however kindly note that both Safety Bay Yacht Club and Baldivis South Community Centre have blacked out several dates where their respective venues are not available. At least 21 days’ notice will be given for affected classes via the Momence calendar. Live, online classes via Zoom will be offered as an alternative where possible.

Pregnancy/Pre/Postnatal/Mum & Bub Yoga Classes

Some classes offered by Anna Harris/Samādhi Wellness clearly indicate they are not suitable for students that are pregnant or less than 12 weeks postnatal; please do not make bookings to participate in such classes for your safety and that of your baby. When booking into pre/postnatal/mum & bub classes, medical clearance is required for participation, which needs to be provided to Samādhi Wellness at least 24 hours prior to your first class; again this is for your safety and that of your baby. Failure to provide medical clearance as requested will result in the cancellation of your booking; the Samādhi Wellness cancellation policy remains applicable.

Cancellation Policy: Casual Group Yoga Bookings

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel your yoga class booking to receive a class credit. Cancellations received within 24 hours will be charged in full and are not eligible for a refund.  

Cancellation Policy: Group Yoga Memberships

You are welcome to cancel your Group Yoga Membership at any time, however we do require a minimum of one weeks’ written notice for Weekly Unlimited or two weeks’ written notice for Monthly Unlimited. Where cancellation advice has not been received within these timeframes, the student will be required to pay up to the remaining notice period. Freezing Group Yoga Memberships

If you need to simply take a break, head off for a holiday or otherwise need to freeze your membership for any reason, you are most welcome to do so. Please give a minimum of 1 week’s notice to freeze your Group Yoga Membership. Where the membership freeze advice has not been received within this timeframe, the student will be required to pay up to the remaining notice period. Youth Under 18 Years

Samādhi Wellness warmly welcome teenagers/young adults into group classes. Kindly note that Parents/Guardians will need to sign the liability waiver when booking their children in for Group Yoga Classes.

Yoga Pricing

Much care has been taken to ensure fair and affordable yoga classes for the community. Kindly note that prices are subject to change, however plenty of notice will be given ahead of time.

Yoga Teachers

Your primary yoga teacher is Anna Harris of Samādhi Wellness, however on occasion, to ensure continuity of service to the community, a trusted substitute teacher may take her place. These changes will be evident via changes in the Momence app, prior however notice will be given wherever possible. In future, Samādhi Wellness hopes to add further classes with these teachers in an effort to provide students with a little variety.

Samādhi Wellness Group Baby Massage Instruction Course Terms & Conditions

Group Baby Massage Course Bookings

Kindly make your booking under the Semester tab on the bookings page - this will ensure you are booked into each of the following sessions over a four week period.

Cancellation Policy: Group Baby Massage Course Bookings

Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel your group baby massage booking before the course starts. Cancellations received within 72 hours before the start of the course, and during the course, are not eligible for a refund.  Bookings cannot be transferred to a future course. If you are unwell or displaying symptoms of contagion, please stay home and look after yourself.

Youth Under 18 Years

Samādhi Wellness warmly invites teen/young parents into Group Baby Massage Courses. Kindly note that Parents/Guardians will need to sign the liability waiver when booking into Group Baby Massage Courses.

Paediatric Massage Consultant

Your Baby Massage instructor is Anna Harris of Samādhi Wellness, as trained and accredited by the Infant Massage Information Service (IMIS).

Samādhi Wellness General Terms & Conditions

The below Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at samadhiwellness.com.au (referred to as ‘our Website’ throughout this document) and all related websites operated by Luxe Tribe Wellness Dispensary/Samādhi Wellness ABN 46 828 973 774. The use of our Website (samadhiwellness.com.au) constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The terms ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to any and all users, customers or visitors of our Website, while the terms ‘us’, ‘we’ or ‘our’ refers to the owner/operators and any employees of Luxe Tribe Wellness Dispensary/Samādhi Wellness.

Luxe Tribe Wellness Dispensary/Samādhi Wellness reserves the right to make changes to, delete, vary or add to the information on our Website or to the services described therein, at any time and without notice. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes.

We are a West Australian based family business operating within the Australian Western Standard Time zone (AWST). If you are based outside of Western Australia, kindly familiarise yourself with any time differences to accommodate your communications and orders accordingly. All timeframes/opening hours stated are in AWST. Luxe Tribe Wellness Dispensary/Samādhi Wellness cannot be held liable/are not responsible for any issues involving time zone differences. Your use of our Website and the purchase of any goods therein is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Western Australia, Australia.

Terms of Use
As a user of our Website, you confirm that you have double checked that you are selecting the correct Samādhi Wellness service. You also confirm that any details regarding your health are true and correct at the time of submission.

Service Hours
As a small, private practice, I work around the clock and throughout weekends to service patients. If you have a query, please email me at connect@samadhiwellness.com.au anytime; I will aim to get back to you within 1-2 business days. If your matter is pressing, please note it as ‘URGENT’ in the subject line of your communication.

Re-booking and Cancellation Policy: Appointments

With respect for both my time and your commitment to your health, this practice reserves the right to enforce the below cancellation policy. Thank you for your acceptance and understanding in this matter.

a)    Holistic Consultations and Rāja Yoga Therapy

Due to the amount of time taken to research and prepare for your Holistic Consultation or Rāja Yoga Therapy appointment, kindly note that a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to cancel your appointment to be eligible for a refund.

Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to re-book an appointment for a later date; your paid fee will be held until your re-booked appointment time.

Holistic Consultation or Rāja Yoga Therapy appointments can only be re-booked once and cannot be cancelled within 3 working days without forfeiting the full fee.

If you are unable to attend your appointment due to unexpected transport issues, illness or government restrictions, alternatives such as a Zoom or phone consultation may be provided where possible.

Purchasing either of these services confirms your acknowledgement of these terms.

b)    Private Baby Massage Instruction, Relaxation Massage, Reiki Therapy

Kindly note that if you are unable to attend your Private Baby Massage Instruction, Relaxation Massage or Reiki Therapy appointment, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required, or a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment will be charged.

Please give at least 72 hours’ notice to re-book an appointment for a later date; your paid fee will be held until your re-booked appointment time.

Purchasing any of these services confirms your acknowledgement of these terms.

Prescription Orders
All orders for prescriptions are to be placed via our Website, Luxe Tribe Wellness Dispensary, located at luxetribe.com.au. Please email me at connect@samadhiwellness.com.au if you have any queries at all prior to placing your prescription order.

All orders are subject to Luxe Tribe Wellness Dispensary Terms & Conditions of Trade. Please be sure to read and accept these conditions prior to placing your order.  

 
Currency & Pricing
All prices and costs are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST where relevant.
 
All prices are subject to change without notice and reflect the experience and professional capability of this practice.

Financial Hardship
We recognise that not everyone has sufficient finances to fund ongoing health care. In some cases, we are able to recommend a suitable alternative service or basic lifestyle advice to those who are struggling. We may also offer, at our discretion, several payment solutions if you are a young parent, foster parent, sole parent/carer or receiving an aged pension. Please email me at connect@samadhiwellness.com.au prior to booking an appointment for more information and assessment as eligibility criteria and conditions apply.

Bank Charges & Fees
Luxe Tribe Wellness Dispensary/Samādhi Wellness disclaims any responsibility or liability for any excess transaction fees on your credit/debit cards from pre-authorisation, billing transaction and other transactions. You should contact your financial institution and ascertain if there are any charges in respect to using your credit/debit card online.
 
Delays – Force Majeure
Luxe Tribe Wellness Dispensary/Samādhi Wellness are not responsible for any delay or failure of performance or obligation occasioned or caused by pandemics, epidemics, wars, strikes, riots, fire, insurrection, embargoes, failure of carriers or suppliers, inability to obtain goods or transportation facilities, environmental disasters, acts of God, governmental tariffs and quotas, compliance with any law, regulation or other governmental or court order (whether valid or not), or any other cause beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim under or in relation to these Terms and Conditions and the supply of nominated services, is limited to the price paid by you to us for the service of the subject of the claim.
 
Severability
If the whole or part of a clause within these Terms and Conditions is or becomes illegal, unenforceable or invalid, then that clause or part is excluded from these Terms and Conditions without affecting the remainder of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are to be understood in accordance with and governed by the laws of Western Australia.

No Waiver
A failure to exercise or a delay in exercising any right, power or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not operate as a waiver.  A single or partial exercise or waiver of the exercise of any right, power or remedy does not preclude any other or further exercise of that or any other right, power or remedy.  A waiver is not valid or binding on the party granting that waiver unless made in writing.

Assignment
We may at any time assign our rights and interests or novate any of our rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions. You must not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. Consent may be refused or given at our absolute discretion.

Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions and in any document that refers to these Terms and Conditions:

• A reference to legislation includes any variation or re-enactment of it, and a regulation or statutory instrument issued under it;

• A reference to a party to these Terms and Conditions includes the party’s successors, permitted substitutes, permitted assigns and (if applicable) the party’s legal personal representatives; and

• A right or obligation of any two or more persons confers that right or imposes that obligation on each of them severally, and on any two or more of them jointly.
